Women's IFS Bookclub & Support Group

Open to women of all ages. We will be reading and discussing Richard Schwartz's "No Bad Parts" during this monthly online group. Goals of the group include building support and community while diving deep into the concepts of Internal Family Systems as a tool of empowerment and understanding each of our unique Selves.

Religious & Spiritual Trauma Deconstruction & Support Group

This group is focused on providing support and community among individuals who have experienced religious or spiritual trauma
