Practice Information
Free Consultations:
For new, potential clients: I offer free 15 minute phone or Zoom consultations. Please contact me if you would like to connect and see if we are a good fit for working together.

Fees:
Therapy sessions are $165 for 50 minutes.

Insurance:
I am currently paneled with Cigna Evernorth Insurance. For all other carriers, I am happy to provide a superbill that you may be able to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement. Please call your insurance provider for details on how to submit a superbill and what kind of reimbursements they provide. You can also reference my blog about superbills here for more information and for some guidance about what kinds of questions to ask your insurance company.

Forms of payment:
I accept checks, cash, and credit cards. Fees are charged after each session to the card on file in my Simple Practice Portal, which you will gain access to once you become a client.

Patient Portal:
Before our first appointment I will send a link to your email from my Simple Practice portal where you will be prompted to fill out your intake forms. Please have all forms filled out at least 48 hours before our first session if possible. From that point forward, you can access the portal here, where you can update your credit card, make payments if needed, download documents, and see upcoming appointments.

Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact me via email, text, or phone within 24 hours. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.
