Hey there.
It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and I am so glad you are here. My approach to counseling is collaborative, respectful, empowering, and non-judgmental. As an integrative narrative therapist, I consider you to be the expert in your own life; in other words, I am not going to try to make interpretations or quick judgments – I want to see your life through your eyes, based on your story. I also understand the effect that systems have on individuals and how the stories that we have been told throughout our lives shape how we see ourselves and the world. Individual counseling with me is deep, meaningful work. I want the work we do together to have long-lasting positive effect on your life no matter what it is that brings you into therapy.
